So I've recently bought a 3 year old car from carshop swindon, being told and showed the documents for the recent MOT, Service and the 114 points..... What a load of rubbish. Drove the car away on the Saturday I had to take it into my local garage on the following Friday morning because it was unsafe to drive. I rang carshop on numerous occasions to different departments no one can seem to be able to pass me to the relevant person. And then I was told to drive the car back to them when I told them already it's not safe to drive I am not willing to drive 30 miles and risk my life. I got told there will be a call back on the following Monday to arrange for my car to get towed......did I get ever that call? No. Throughout this whole time carshop never apologise, never attempt to understand the convienece which they have caused me. So later on the Monday my mechanic told me the sparks plugs are dead, carshop should have noticed this when they were carrying out the service especially because the manufacture insist spark plugs must be replaced after 40,000 my car did 41000. Oh yes my coolant was literally on zero as dry as you can get.
Later on in the week I have sent carshop an email regarding on the issues I have faced and the inconvience and would like them to reimburse me for the spark plugs. What a surprise I haven't received a reply.
