I enrolled in January 2013. I wanted to build myself a new career and having done online learning in the past felt this was a good option. How wrong was I.
I was talked into signing up for two courses by the 'student support agent', a salesman I now know. I wish I hadnt.
I have completed my level 2 AAT accounts course but only with major complaints to HLC and one to one support from the department deputy. I cannot get out of level 3 and will have to continue as it is costing me a great deal of money.
The website is extremely confusing. It takes weeks to sit an exam by which time what has been learnt gets forgotten. It is impossible to complete both courses in 6 months because of this as I was told at the beginning.
There are errors in the books and answers are often missing or wrong.
I would never recommend them.
