Bought a couple of accessories, delivery was quick and status updates were regular up until the point of delivery.
There might be a fault with one of the items delivered, I emailed Merlin and they were quick to respond and tell to send it back for a full refund.
My partner and I have had issues with all the larger items ordered/purchased. Deliveries are late, poorly organised, goods often arrived damaged and the customer service department only seem to be able to give automated robotic responses short on detail and information. You'd think they would put more effort in concluding the larger more expensive purchases.
