The London Pass

CSR neglected to give us travel card.

Well, first of all, our flights were delayed and there was a freak summer thunderstorm so we were almost a full day late getting to London. It was busy when we went to the kiosk to pick up our London Pass which I had purchased online. I had also purchased a travel package to travel on the tube or the buses and since the CSR gave us only one card each,thought that the one card would suffice for travel and venues. When I tried to use the card at a tube station, I was unsuccessful and was told by the agent there that we should have been given a separate card for travel. Since our time was limited already, we did not take the time to go back to the kiosk and get the travel card. Also, we only had time to visit one venue, the Churchill War Museum, which was fantastic by the way. However when you add up the cost for the London Pass with travel card (which we did not get) and our expense for day passes on the tube, well, I can't even think about it, it was so much money for one day in London

You mentioned that you purchased the travel card option as well but when looking at your order it looks like you only purchased the London Pass (without the travel option).
