My advice avoid at all cost.
Had major issues before we even left for the airport.
Alterations to the holiday had to be made as my mother was taken serious ill. All the holiday was paid for but it took 7 phones calls, and 6 emails over 5 weeks to amend to 5 travelling from 8.
Transfer company used resort hoppy were a joke too. 2 hours sitting on a coach in a turkish carpark as we waited for 2 further planes to land before we could go en route to the hotel. So close to 5 hours from landing to get to hotel, with only a 1.5 hour transfer.
Raised all this with there customer relations team and you just get generic emails back. No help, just nothing. Book at your peril
