Age Partnership staff were attentive, sought to make sure they did everything efficiently by telephone and email which meant I wasn't bombarded with information and had answered the questions which quickly helped decision making. I didn't have to keep going over everything again with different staff, which was important to me as the pension fund was not a primary one and I didn't want to spend a lot of time and effort on it. The standard of service I received was not diminished by this fact, something I appreciated and was the reason it was processed by Age Partnership. Thank you.
