Quick, Reliable.
Having read the other reviews on the site I can only assume that they were dealing with a different site. i found the company to be very efficient and reliable. I received my phone very promptly and I was kept informed every step of the way.

Could easily have been 5 stars but for some niggles.
I ordered a laptop on Christmas day two years ago. I had some niggles with my order as all the components were not available for the build and thus the build time was 4 weeks instead of 5 days. That being said the laptop was great value and brilliant quality. I had some issues with the bluetooth not long after ordering as was very impressed by the customer helpline.
All in all I was happy with the service I received and now i'm looking for a new laptop PCSpecialist is at the top of my list of potential suppliers.
Mazuma Mobile
Was it worth taking a lower price? Yes!
I went on a price comparison site for selling mobile phones. after finding the Royal Mail top price was BS, I started to look at the other prices down the list. Mazuma was not even the best price of those sites remaining but the reviews were consistently excellent. I took a hit of about £10 on the next best price to choose Mazuma and I was nothing short of amazed by the quality of service.
Thursday- ordered a pre-paid envelope.
Friday - received the envelope.
Monday- posted the phone (with free proof of postage).
Wednesday- money in the bank!
For the sake of a few quid I received piece of mind and A1 service.
