Brilliant goods shame about the Delivery Company

I am very pleased with Jules B's products but the delivery company DPD in Croydon is appalling. I have ordered many items at different times and I have been at home and nothing has been delivered to my address. In fact nothing has been delivered to anyone. Once, my neighbour even stayed in all day and no one came. No card is ever put in my letterbox to say they have tried to deliver. I have to go on the internet to find that they have tried to deliver and tell me to take the card (which they have put in my letterbox) WRONG, to the depot in Croydon which takes me about one and a half hours in heavy traffic. I only have four immediate neighbours and not one of them has had a card for me put through their letterboxes. I despair when I see that its DPD delivering. I don't think I will purchase anything from Jules B again because of the hassle.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with our courier delivery and we have passed your thoughts on to a manager. We do also offer Royal Mail which does not require a signature, this can be selected at stage 1 of the checkout.
