I was amazed at the terrific service and product I received from coolframes.com. I shopped around online and found the frames I wanted at a very low price. In addition, he was polite, conscientious, and informative throughout our email exchange, and he even followed up afterward to find out how I was doing with my glasses a few days after I received them. I received exactly the glasses I wanted - authentic Guccis, with 1.74 high-index lenses for less than $350 - in less than a week from the date of my order. I was a little squeamish about ordering my glasses online, but now I don't know if I'll ever buy glasses in an optical shop again!
