Compared to UPS and Fedex which are U.S. owned companies, Purolator and Canada Post suck big big time. In the case of Purolator, I received no notice whatsoever. I proactively tracked my package, it showed in their website that I "refused" my package which will be returned to sender. They said they did not have my buzz number, even though my name is clearly listed at the apartment front lobby. Excuse me? How do you Canadians learn to make decisions for your customers, EH??? Why are you so lazy? You could have given me a handwritten note. Plus, my home phone is listed on the package, you could have called me?!? Do you seriously expect me to just wait all f**** day for you to deliver???
Just like that? Return to sender? Without even letting me know I got package? Learn some basic business work processes, a-holes!!!
If other shipping companies have systems in place to notify customers of package, why can't Purolator have similar system? Tell me how you f*** piece of s*** can compete internationally?
Purolator can rest easy now because of lack of competition in Canada. Canada is a f**** communist country anyway ... everything is monopoly. Do you, for once, think about your customers? Common courtesies? EH??? Common sense???
Have a great life a-holes!
