As it was my first order from Woolworths I got a phone call to confirm my order. I was very unpleasant shocked how rude this person from Customer Service was. Instead of welcoming me as new customer, she decided to be rude and obnoxious. As she called Sunday Morning, it was really bad start of the day. Another negative thing is, that there is no free delivery option, even with Collect+. As I have returned ordered watch, I have still to pay £3.95 for transport.
The worst experience ever. The quoted £175 for my Galaxy Note but then they sent email with quotation of just £70. When I was going to decline, warning came, that they will charge me £8.95. No information about it was their website. Only burried very deeply in T&C's. In the end I have agreed to sell it. Already over a week ago and still no money on my account. Avoid this company at all cost.
