Hi, Until I started doing business at Ken's Auto Spare, my experience with Auto Parts Service and Dealers have been bad. Very bad. But when I first went in the store I experienced unpretentious cordiality, real interest in my inquiries and honesty. This has been a constant years later. For a fact from the outset my experience at Ken's Auto Spares has been one of coming in contact with REAL, extremely knowledgeable, personable and very highly skilled professionals who convince that my satisfaction as a customer is their chief goal. The level of individual attention that I have both experienced AND witnessed others receiving has resulted in my recommending KAS to as many of my friends and colleagues that have need of ANY auto related service. I think their MOST 'loyalty-engendering' quality is the ubiquitous sense of their quiet integrity which seems to welcome you on entering the store.
Their prices are very very good. And I have come to see that their word can be taken.
I do not hesitate to actively recommend them to those I continue to meet with ANY auto related needs.
