My only problem with the booking process was a simple query - Can I take a bicycle? The wesite said yes but a space has to be booked, BUT the drop down box did not include bicycles, which meant (after I found it) a 'phone call, where the lady answering said yes you can take a bike, just book as a foot passenger, and tell us when you check in. It appears the web has not been updated to the latest situation.
PS If the lady was wrong and I do need to reserve a space please let me know.
