I received the smart phone I ordered only 3 days after placing my order and was impressed with the speed with which it reached me in continental Europe. I was about to give Gummobile my 5 star rating, but waited a few days - just as well. It turned out that the phone has a fault and so I wrote to customer service who after a few emails back and forth offered me a choice of having it repaired at a local repair shop or them issuing a replacement (oddly there seems to be no ticket number assigned to the case). I went for the latter and that was the last I heard from them! That was a week ago. I have emailed them several times asking how I should procede but my emails are met with silence. I have tried phoning several times, but after a few rings an automated voice says they are busy and to call back later. I am really fed up with Gummobile and a phone that does not work. I only hope that this is good old fashioned incompetence and not something more sinister.
