Good signal coverage, calls rarely dropout. Tariffs are competitive too.
Like many services, all is well until you need to actually speak to someone. The "hold" time for customer services is generally 5-10 mins and the individual at the other end of the phone can be hit or miss.
I queued for 1hr 22mins last month to get through to the complaints dept only to be greeted immediately with "were having IT problems, please call back tomorrow" - not "Hello", not "Sorry to the delay".
When i asked if there was no way i could have been informed (i.e. recorded message or similar) without having to hold for almost an hour and a half she merely repeated "were having IT problems, please call back tomorrow". Possibly the rudest anyone has ever been to me over the phone.
I am still with o2 - only because I cant be bothered to ring back to cancel my contract.
Prices are rarely the most competitive (find Flybe and Ryanair regularly beat them) and their check-in staff at airports are consistently appalling. They rarely smile, never make eye contact and have a terrible attitude (at least at Luton, Belfast & Glasgow anyway). Cabin crew are marginally better than check-in staff.
The last three flights with easyjet have been late arriving. Unimpressive.
I tend to use their "shops" more than i would online and they never fail to disappoint. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
Only drawback (if any) is that they are always busy and can sometimes be a little understaffed. This aside, i cant fault them.
Prices are always competitive, delivery is very quick and reliable, their range of goods is mindblowing.
The best bit about Amazon is their consistency. Consistently excellent.
