As my charm order had not arrived by one week I phoned argento and spoke to a very pleasant young man,but however he could not really help me. He confirmed that I had ordered and that it had been sent but told me I had to wait till end of the month to be back in touch if it had not arrived ,and then he would be able to start a process to find out what had happened. I am really disappointed as I could have gone into their shop to purchase as I have done before and as this time the charm was for a gift and not for me I am really disappointed as I still have a while before I can even phone back.
As I said the chap was very pleasant but as I usually buy a lot from [external reference removed] and their customer service is first class I am not very happy
