I have shopped at Jules B for over 15 years and took receipt of my recent order. My overall feeling was disappointment some of the items arrived well packaged and others did not, there was a feeling of inconsistency to how items are packaged both within the Jules B branches and also sent out when you purchase directly from a Jules b branch and from the online service. For instance with this delivery the ties ordered was wrapped in tissue paper whereas if you purchase from the stores they arrive in tie wallets to better protect them, the same experience with some of the other purchases such as the belts, where one looks like the leather on this is damaged.

As I now live out of the North East and do not travel there as frequently I am disappointed how the service in my oponion for the online service appears to have gone down, my expectations of service and packaging I believe should be higher than that of a high street store.

The packaging is there to protect the item in transit from any damage so the packaging will very from time to time, if the tie is damaged in anyway please contact us and we will be able to get this replaced for you as soon as possible.
