Reliable and great value in my experience
I used Amazon a lot for Christmas presents and found them to be spot on. You have to be careful about carriage charges which is why I've given 4 not 5 - because things on one order can come from a number of retailers, the postage can really add up, even for small things. Since Christmas though, I've ordered a couple of books and changed the order to 'free delivery'. The packages have arrived really quickly and are well packaged. They also allow you to add a different delivery address easily, so I've been able to order books as a surprise for my sister and a friend.

Comfortable flight, great seats, very efficient and - on time - !
Well, BA have managed to lose my luggage 3 times and Easyjet - well - I love them but they're definitely no frills arent they? So flying to Dublin last month with BMI was a real treat. Highly organised, great communication, seats which felt almost luxurious and the smoothest landings I've ever experienced! Will be booking again.

Always on time but longer dates and sensible quantities would be nice!
The delivery guys always bring the shopping right in and there have been very few occasions on which anything was not as ordered. However when I ordered a certain weight in leeks, I received one enormous leek, which wouldnt even fit in the fridge!! Gave the family a laugh anyway. Dates seem to be much nearer than what I would choose in person which frustrates me as I have to jiggle around my menu a bit and freeze some things.

I couldnt believe how fast and efficient it was to sell my two phones to Mazumamobile
Well I have already recommended Mazumamobile to my hairdresser, so you can be sure she will be telling 10 people a day what a fab service it is. I decided to sell 2 old phones as I had received a parking fine (oops) and felt less guilty by raising the money to pay it. Well, I raised enough for some nice M&S food that day too - great success!!
