I found Age Partnership to be very efficient but there was one area where they should tighten up their procedures. That area is the quality of their paper work meaning the information thereon. On three occasions that information was incorrect.
On two occasions, a letter meant to confirm information agreed verbally was entirely different. The third relating to an illustration of enhanced figures due to health issues was for an entirely different couple. It was agreed that these errors were human, either forgetfulness or recalling the wrong database information.
Mere mortals like us- in part- judge any company by the quality of their paperwork. To maintain confidence, it must be accurate at all stages. This is, after all, a big decision.
Having said all that, would I recommend Age Partnership to others? Despite the above (I hope constructive) criticism, the answer is yes.
