I have numerous buy-to-let properties. I use Appliances online all the time. I first used them about 6 years ago to purchase a high quality Range Cooker for myself and now use them for all appliances for all my rented properties. Being involved in property development as well as rentals, I have to deal with numerous companies on a regular basis and incur so many problems, with the exception of appliances online. Their customer service, follow-up, call-backs, willingness to help is absolutely faultless. Recently I had a fault on a Zanussi Freezer within the warranty period. They dealt with the engineer and arranged everything - they didn't have to. Then when the manufacturer's representative tried to wriggle out of a replacement and fix it, Appliances online took over the matter and got me a new appliance; again not something they had to do, but they did it willingly. When a delivery driver dropped an appliance on my floor and was being less than helpful, again appliances online contacted the transport company and dealt with the insurance claim on my behalf. Unbelievably good service. I have not experienced this level of service from any other company and I deal with numerous suppliers everyday. Oh yes, and pricing is really competitive. I always do a quick price check before I buy, they are virtually always the most competitive and if not the cheapest, they are certainly extremely close to it.
Excellent service. I ordered on-line and forgot to add an item. I emailed them that night to ask them to add it to the order and they called me first thing the next morning to take the order. They successfully added and all the order came together very quickly. I thought the fact that I had ordered online, then emailed a separate order, there might be some delay or mistake, but they got everything exactly right. Very good value for money
