First the driver was sent to the wrong address. When they got the right address, driver arrived for pick up after office hours so pick up was delayed for another day for a very urgent delivery.

When parcel was picked up, I got no notification either ! Terrible service for such a pricey carrier !!!

Felt cheated !!!

I paid £350 to see cirque du soleil which included a 9.99 express delivery charge. 3days to the event my tickets were not delivered. I called seat wave twice and eventually they sent the tickets via email ! So what about my £9.99 charge for express delivery ??

When I checked the tickets, they were different tickets to the ones I paid for online. I got side view instead of front view !!! I called again and they tried to convince me they were better tickets than the ones I paid for!!! They were not.

I will never use seat wave again, never experienced this with ticket master !!!
