WIth ASOS there is no possibility of an exchange. You have to send your item back. Then you have to place the order allover again, by which time the item you wanted is not available. That is the best case scenario. What happened to me is they lost my return, have not yet refunded my money, all with an attitude, of "gee-whiz, we're so sorry you are unhappy. We won't do anything about it though."
