I have used aferry for the past 4 years, always a great experience. However, I needed to amend a booking this time and was charged over 30 percent of the original cost to do so. Given that there is limited people time involved in said change I am astounded that such an excessive charge is considered reasonable by the company.
As a result my loyalty which has been hard won by this company has now been lost and I will shop around in the future. Also when sending out the request for this review the company sent the request to my car. 'SHOGUN' not myself, or was this a slip on their part and was meant to be a message from 'SHOTGUN' as in if you need to change a booking they can charge what they like as they have a Shotgun to your head?
