I have twice received same replacement part faulty.

I first ordered a replacement part for around 40 Euros. I came, and it was faulty.
As I tried to get an replacement, they were out of stock and refunded me.

I placed a follow-up for the same part. After around 6 months they announced that it had arrived.

This time the price was only few Euros.
But again when it arrived, the part was faulty.

I Have not been in touch with FlatTVParts after this one, what's the point if they keep sending faulty parts?

All other parts that I have received, has been working.

I'm sorry to hear you have had a problem. We do take our customer satisfaction very seriously and are saddened to learn you feel you could not ask us for help. We remind you that your last purchase was refunded upon receipt of your pictures of the destroyed part as an indication of the way we can deal with your problems in a quick and efficient manner. To date, you have not contacted us to say there is a problem with the second part you have ordered. Whilst we are sorry that you have had two faults in a row, we are unable to help you if there is no communication from you to alert us to a problem?
