great service
ordered undercarpet heating mats, insulation boards and thermostats. got a call to say that the thermostats i had ordered were not in stock and would not be back in stock for a few weeks, so was offered a free upgrade to touch screen alternatives that would have normally cost an extra £9.99 - all delivered next day for free.
one problem to would be installers is that the touch screen thermostats require a 35mm back box and it is very tight heightwise, so cable connections are very difficult.

Reasonably Happy
Very happy with product ordered, but was not very happy with paying £12.50 for postage seeing as I ordered on 18 Dec 2010 and only received item 5 Jan 2011. Would have expected quicker delivery at that price or reduced postage costs.
