Service..What service????

I placed this order 2 weeks ago. No sign of it yet. I know it's the festive period but 2 weeks!.

Thank you for getting in touch and i am sorry that you are unhappy with the amount of time taken to deliver your order.

Due to the delay in supplier deliveries into us over the festive period,some orders have experienced extended delays and not met estimated dispatched dates.

The same but different!

I recently bought a Procook omlette pan from the elite range. I bought it because we already had a fry pan from this range which is years old, well used and still very servicable. The new pan arrived quickly,well packaged etc. It looks great and heats up qicker than the old one and does omelettes well.
I,m not sure about the weight of the pan however. It's much lighter than the previous range. While this could be seen as an advantage I feel it is not as substantial as our previous pan and I genuinely don't see it as being any more non stick as any other pan we have in the house. As with our old elite pan, time will tell, but for now, it looks great cooks well and is non stick. It is also dishwasher safe which the old one isn't. Hope this helps
