fast with reasonable prices
unlike many site the postage costs are totally reasonable which means that it is feasible to buy small inexpensive items. Fast turnaround - will certainly buy from them again.

Keen prices but overall very quick. Ordered materials at about 1.15pm and received them at about 2.00pm the next day. Good communication about despatch etc.

Obtained some French porcelain crockery couldn't get anywhere else in UK. Good communications. Not instantaneous as they order from the manufacturers but they get there in the end and do not charge until despatch.
Inkclub
good until things go wrong
Used inkclub as their prices were very good. However I received an cleaning ink cartridge which was empty of any cleaning fluid. The response from inkclub was extremely patronising and unhelpful, essentially blaming me for their ignorance.
The cost involved paled into insignificance compared with what I spent with them every year.
Only resolved the matter when I emailed the MD and Marketing Director.
Will never touch them again.
