I ordered a backpack from webtogs and there happened to be some problems with the delivery which caused a delay of my package.
I was in contact with their customer service, since the tracking info showed that the package is not moving anywhere. The service was really great. They contacted the courier company and just in a few days, the package was my door.
Plus, they offered me compensation, because of the inconvenience with the delivery.
