Finally got a call back, even tried to work it into warranty. frame getting sent back now so much happier with overall experience. Lets hope the workshop manager that left never comes back!!

Frame went in with an issue to be sent off for warranty. A call a week later by a very rude individual having ago at me as the frame had a crack in which i had no idea about. I sent a email off to complain and heard nothing back not even an apology. Still to this day i have not got my frame back even after repeat emails and calls.
Would never use these guys ever again
Only plus note is they have alot of bike p0rn and at least the sales guys knwo what there talking about, the service side is horrible
