Ordered 4 chairs the 01.01.2013, got a delivery date 12.03.2013.
End of May I finally got hold of customer service that told me they had a problem with a supplier, but i would receive the chairs before 01.07.2013.
Now we a reaching the end of July, no contact from infurn, no update on the order. no nothing, i can request a new callback some time during august. This is the worst service i'w ever expireced dealing with internet companies.
