Sigma since moving to the new premises has allowed it to build on what it already had, it's provision of quality stock, expert knowledge and dependable advice. The strategy of pushing the racing team, ramping up the social media angle and improving the website along with very competitively priced goods has elevated it to being one of the best cycle services in and around London. I'd be keen for the staff to be a bit more approachable and in some cases loosen up somewhat, also if there's a queue building up around the tills or the workshop area it'd be good to see some staff ask to see if there is anything they can do to help and or set expectation of when they'll be served. Also when will we have a ladies racing team?
