So I got a wrongly charged £300 phone bill off of T-mobile about 6 months ago, and the start of this month I recently paid it off -therefore entering back into my contract. So I call 150 today and they have cut off my phone until i pay £184 which i am ''in credit'' to them for, however on my t-mobile account it doesn't say anything about owing money! It's a joke, and I can't even talk to anyone on 150 because they say I have to pay before I can enter phone calls....
I've been with T-mobile for years, and it has had it's minor faults, but since EE has joined the picture I seriously wouldn't recommend it, they wrongly charge and have awful customer service.
