I had a problem with my parcel not being taken for delivery today, so all I did was follow the link on the web page and within seconds my problem was being dealt with by CATHERINE CORLESS, one of the operators. Just a couple of details and "hey presto" problem solved. Turned out it was my own fault for taking it to a Hermes collection store, talk about helpful, CATHERINE CORLESS dropped a link on this chat window that took me within ine mile of where i need to drop the parcel, even better done all this in my lunch our and the drop off store is on my way to work. Thank you Parcel2Go, and Thank you Catherine Corless for a swift resolve. :)
