The initial order arrived as advised. However, when I later opened the boxes the cistern was damaged. VPlumb Customer service were great sorting the replacement out and arranged for a next day redelivery. I got the delivery confimation text confiming delivery for before 14h00 but it is now 17h00 and no delivery. Customer service are unable to confirm when the delivery will be here. At 2pm they said I was the next delivery and it shouldn't be more than 5minutes. 3hrs later and no further delivery updates despite 2 friendly requests for inofrmation. Their delivery company is letting them down badly. I now have extra plumber charges, an upset little girl missing her last day of term party and they have a bad review. Does the delivery van not communicate with its depot? Is the customer expected to stay home all day waiting for a delivery that has missed its 3hr time slot? I'm NOT happy.
