Fast Delivery, Poor Returns Procedure and Misleading Postage Information

I ordered an item from this website which was promptly delivered. The item was not the right colour for our machine. It did not match the colour displayed on the website and the write up was no existent for the product (one line - 'Genuine Beko Product'). I was emailed a FREE POSTAGE label to send the item back. although the return postage was then deducted from my refund as well as the postage for sending the item out. The most frustrating thing is, if I had paid at the post office myself to send the item back it would have cost half the price! So my issue is, its now cost me more in postage than the item was worth in the first place. Customer service is none existent when you have a problem. Takes them 2 days to reply to emails and they have a premium number to call. I requested on several occasions that a member of the team contact me by phone to discuss my issues but no call as yet. Good company to order from as long as you don't need to return the items.

I have used this company 3 times when going to Florida and our up and coming trip to LA. Very competitive rates no hidden charges when collecting the car and every car we've had has been upgraded for free. Very easy booking procedure and a good iPhone app. Very happy customer! highly recommended.


Excellent service,

Ordered a couple of Christmas gifts from Boots and can honestly not fault them. Items were delivered when promised and one needed returning which was done in store and very efficiently - no questions asked. They are also very competitive on price and run some excellent promotions. Highly recommended.


Best online shop by a mile!

Amazon have hit the nail on the head when it comes to customer service. They offer great products at prices almost unbeatable on the high street and have a returns policy that just isn't matched by any other retailer! Highly recommend.


Can only echo what others have said - Poor service, greedy and write their own rules!

I purchased a TV from Currys for £399.00 only to get it home, take it out the box and discover the screen cracked! I am aware people drop these and 'try it on' by returning them for a replacement. But this was a genuine case of a damaged product. I packed the TV away and returned it straight back to Currys - fosse park, Leicester. Around two hours had elapsed since buying the TV and Returning it.
I was greeted by lots of angry customers at the returns area (not unusual for this store) when finally being served I was told very abruptly that all their products are checked and there was no damage to the box so they would neither replace it - which is all I wanted, nor refund it. There were several reasons for this....firstly because it couldn't have possibly have been damaged by them or Samsung and secondly and most frustratingly IT WOULD LOOK BAD ON THEIR BOTTOM LINE!! They were the exact words used! I told the rude gentleman that the sales of goods act applies to damaged goods / items unfit for purpose, to which he responded 'if it had been a £25 item we would replace it, but we wont TAKE THE HIT on a £399 item as it too high value' To which I replied, 'So the more you spend the worse the customer service?' his reply - 'PRETTY MUCH!!' After reading them the sales of goods act from my phone and mentioning they could not 'pick and choose' to who and what they apply it to, I eventually received a replacement by authorisation from the store manager. This just goes to show that they do not follow the rules and are nothing but greedy, rude and an untrustworthy retailer who will try and fob you off when they have your cash. If you find yourself in my position please lookup the sale of goods act!

As I mentioned, people will drop their TV's and try it on, but I genuinely had a damaged product and I was treated as if I was scamming their system. I wouldn't usually right reviews, but I would not want anyone else to experience what I had to endure. Please avoid them at all costs and shop at Amazon instead! They treat every customer fairly and I would have never have experienced this with them.

Workwear Express


My problems started 7 days after I placed my order when I was told an item wasn't in stock and they couldn't get it (7 DAYS it took for them to notify me).
My next problem, was when I sent the go ahead to them via email as requested on there letter for our logo to be embroidered. This was received by them but not processed so had to be re-sent to them. So iv now been waiting 2 weeks....still no uniforms.
After 4 weeks of waiting my clothes finally more problem, the item they didn't have in stock still hasn't been refunded (3 weeks since they informed me it wasn't in stock and they couldn't get it) so after my 5th phone call they refunded HALF the amount of the missing item to my card!! So I called them again - 6th time, they eventually refunded the other half 6 weeks after I placed the initial order!

Staff - Don't seem to care, passed from one person to another, they don't communicate! I asked for my set up charge to be refunded as I would not place any further orders and found the service pretty appalling, was told NO!

Clothing - Ok, t-shirts faded after 3-4 washes. however embroidery is good.

Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this company, there must be others out there that will appreciate your custom far more than workwearexpress
