I too ordered a Princess bouquet based on the picture on the website only for a bouquet baring absolutely no resemblance to the picture to be delivered. To be fair, when I contacted e-florist to complain, I received a phone call within a short time and the flowers were replaced within the hour. However, whilst the colour scheme in the second bouquet was similar to that in the picture, the quality of the bouquet was far inferior, indeed, I don't think you would readily recognise it as a Princess bouquet and it was certainly not worth the money I paid for it. This time, my complaint wasn't considered worthy of a phone call, merely a very brief email stating that the flowers were deemed to be acceptable.
I'm afraid that what is an acceptable standard to e-florist is not acceptable to me and I won't be using this company again.
