worst company ever bought two tickets for a charity prize to see rolling stones 3 weeks in advance started to worry when they didnt arrive phoned every day to be told they were on their way, day before concert were told to pick up on day travelled up on day to hotel to be told no tickets never were any should have read the small print as they dont actually own tickets if you want to complain ring switzerland because there is no uk office
