Good service, good value !
My dog , suffering from liver problems , has to have daily medication. The vet can supply it .but at a higher price than Bestpet. I order it every 30 days, and it arrives promptly ,with no charge for postage. I am very happy with the service !

Superb!
I usually drive over to Titmuss in Wheathampstead to get all my wild bird feed and dog food. This time I was going on holiday, and only needed the Burns 15kg sack of dog food, so checked the price on line to find that it was on offer, delivery free. So I decided to save all that petrol, and to my delight it arrived next day. Wonderful! Even when I do drive over, the whole experience is trouble free. You can go straight to the cash desk, give your order, pay, and then go back out to the car and await the nice young man to bring your stuff out and load it into the car. Of course if you want to walk round making impulse buys first, that's fine ! Needless to say all prices are very competitive, too.

Item I wanted was out of stock originally. I received an email as soon as it was available, and the item arrived one day after order was placed, at a very acceptable price.
