I have updated my review, as the problem I had with Alpharooms was resolved to a satisfactory outcome However, the process of getting resolution could have been much better and customer services need to communicate with customers when there is a problem and update the progress of their issue. We put messages on the 'manage my booking' facility and received no response, which left us in limbo not knowing what was happening or if the issue was going to be resolved.
