Easyroommate.com seemed effective when I firstly begun using it, it gives the impression that lots of new properties are being listed every day (as I received new e-mails with matches- and as the date in which the room were available is stated at the top of each page). HOWEVER:
-After closer inspection, I realised that the date in which MOST of the listings were published were months prior, sometimes years, deeming them inactive and no longer available.
-Many people with rooms "available" fail to update their profile (see problem above), whom consequently never reply to your e-mails.
-Most daily e-mail matches were exactly the same matches, over many days, and did not fit my specification.
-The website had a few functionality problems which at times made it annoying to use.
I hope you find this website more useful then we did. Occasionally you get a few listings that may be interesting, but otherwise not worth the money.
I've used this website a couple of times now to buy stock and have been really impressed with their services. Every time I go to the site theres a massive selection of stock offers, in particular clothes which has been my preference.
One thing that has really stuck out about this site is their customer services. I've been dealing with Jan who has helped me out with a recent purchase of some women's evening dresses. Everything was going well, I used the site's safepay option and sent my money until I received the stock- unfortunately not all items were there. I contacted Jan straight away as I was worried that my money will be released to the seller and I would be out of pocket, and he said he would deal with it. In a matter of minutes he got back to me with feedback from the seller and the seller said he was very sorry for the mix up and that they have the rest of the stock to ship. What was really nice was that Jan even managed to lobby a discount from the seller for the inconvenience, which he didn't have to do. The rest of the stock was then shipped to me (and even quicker than the initial batch.)
I will definitely continue shopping here and thanks again to Jan for all of your hep! :)
