Helpful rep sorted out Berlin hotel - but credit card charges are steep!
I was looking for advice on bewildering range of hotels in central Berlin. Used the online chat and it worked well. Rep found me a great 4star deal in good location. The sting was in the credit card charge which was about 1.5 per cent. Debit cards do not attract a charge but as I was booking 3 rooms for several days my bank balance didn't run to it. Nevertheless even with the charge is a good deal. She even phoned the hotel for us to see if we could get breakfast inclusive arrangement - which we couldn't but she helpfully provided all the charges for breakfast so we could see it was still a great deal. Saved me time wading through lots of searches and checking reviews. Would use this service again.

I have made three purchases over the past 6 months - all have been easy, received the goods within a week and have been very satisfied with quality. I called to enquire about the sizing - got answered immediately and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. The ladies tunic I ordered is the softest woollen item I have ever owned - and I have a number of cashmere garments. It also washes beautifully in the machine!
