This is an updated review , first of all i would like to Apologize to Value Basket for my last review .. the camera turned up fine today with evey thing included and i have been using it most of the day with out issue .
The customer support at Value Basket were very helpfull with any issues i had regarding my Camera , they always got back to me when i sent any emails to them n the live chat (who i thought was just a computer bot at first ) were always on hand to help as well .
Regarding the delivery times what people have to consider is it says 10 days but this is working days and my camera arrived on the 10th day well wrapped and they give you a tracking number so you can see were it is ,also as they are well priced they do get busy .
would i use again? ... yes
Im in the UK and most places give 1 year warranty plus you have to pay extra to extend it , with valuebasket you get 3 years free , just hope i dont have to use it incase im with out it for some time but its there if i do which is good .
