Got a 'I called to deliver' note on Wednesday. Reference number and post-code combination did not work on their website, note did not indicate what was going to happen next (no ticks). Did not have telephone access on Thursday, so unable to contact until today. Learnt that three attempts had been made (no notes for attempts 2 and 3) and that the item was being returned to supplier. Poor attitude from customer services regarding lack of notices and incorrect contact details. Will not use again.
