So disappointed and upset with this company. Avoid at all costs.

I used a comparison website to find the best price for my phone and chose to use this website because it looked reliable. How wrong I was- I wish I had looked at reviews before!
I was quoted £63, so sent them the phone recorded delivery. I was sent an e-mail saying revalued at £40 (they didn't give a valid reason- it was normal wear and tear which apparently is fine on their website) this e-mail also said to e-mail them at info@fonehub if this isn't OK. Of course this re-quote was not alright, so sent them an e-mail immediately asking why and if this was the final price I would prefer to have my phone back. This was ignored! So I sent another e-mail, ignored again! Even though they sent me an e-mail during this time saying my cheque was on the way!! The cheque has arrived for £40, but I want my phone back instead. I have rung them constantly at all times of day and they are ALWAYS engaged.

So disappointed with them, please think twice before using this company- I am going to write to Watchdog if I don't get a response and my phone/the full quote by the end of the week.

If anyone has another phone number for them I would appreciate it,.

But please learn from my mistake of using this company- it is a SCAM.

Avoid ordering from OutdoorGB. Waste of time and money

After ordering a drysuit from this website, I recieved a different one to the one pictured, I called them and was told to send it back as it could have been a mispick, I followed their instructions and as they wanted it signed and tracked it cost me £9 to send it back which I was told would be refunded. I had an e-mail to say it was the one from the description and would I like a refund or exchange, after ringing twice and both times being told that the lady regarding my refund wasn't in so they couldn't help, I had to get a relative to ring on my behalf as she was only in the office on weekday mornings when most people are at work. One of the ladies I spoke to was particuarly rude and unhelpful, good customer service could have resolved the situation and led to positive feedback. They had no excuse for using a picture of a different product, I had seen the drysuit I had wanted in the shop and had chosen to order it from OutdoorGB as they were better value for money. I had already seen the suit so didn't feel a need to read the description if I could see the picture of it. They also then said they couldn't refund my return postage which I had been assured I would get refunded. After wasting 2 weeks and money on postage I have got my suit from another website which I am thoroughly happy with. I need my suit for work and leisure so waiting 2 weeks was not much fun when I work on the rivers all year around. I have to advise people on appropriate gear and suppliers though my job and will be advising strongly against ordering from this website.
