my oh my where'd i begin with this bunch of clowns. ok so previous order they overcharged me for an item. i called customer services. systems down. called a further 4 times before they gave me a voucher on my account. which leads me to my xmas shop which i thought i had done. used the forementioned voucher towards it, only to find when i tried to make a slight amendment to my order, the voucher which had been given previously for a mistake on their part, and had an expiry of Dec '13, had actually been deleted from my account!! so i phoned customer 'services'. systems down. AGAIN. so i have now had to cancel the order. and as i have a card that isnt accepted at Tesco im now in chaos thanks to these morons, and not for the first time. to everyone, please dont use. they overcharge, they take more money without warning you. your christmas will be ruined if you shop with these bunch of incomptant, moneygrabbing clowns.
they are really really awful. recently moved into a new build property - had many couriers deliver no problems, even City Link themselves came once. ONCE. ive since had 2 other parcels sent via City Link, and neither turned up. no call. no explanation. nothing. in fact no communication from them whatsoever. the first parcel i managed to get sent back to the retailer only because i told them what was going on. the second one City Link still have and at the time of writing no sign at all of them or it.
in summary - DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS. stick with Parcel force, DHL, Yodel etc - at least they turn up or call if theres a problem.
