Flawless
I order 3 cartridges for my Epson RX 585 printer.
Due to me not being at home, they were not able to send them to me. Emailed the admin about it, then they resent the package to my local store. All-in-all, very productive and efficient. Very happy that it was dealt with in a timely fashion.
The cartridge, itself, works fine. There are no problems with them, as I have had problems with other supplier products; the ink did not flow adequately, chip problems, and just ran out so quickly.
I have ordered a new set of cartridges and hope that it goes flawlessly, once again.

Good Service, shame about the product
I recently ordered 3 cartridges for my Epson RX 585 printer. When it came to use the cartridges, only 2 of the 3 functioned. The 'Yellow - E804' cartridge failed to work, which resulted in me having to spend 30 mins in vain, trying to get it to function. I had to take out all the cartridges in my printer, as it failed to recognised any of them, then wipe all the chips. From there, I had to ply off the chip from my the cartridge, and whip it all over; which somehow made it work, as I desperately needed to print. As a result, the Yellow cartridge is recognised, but there is no flow of ink. Grrr.... As a result, now order of ink from a rival.
I believe this is the second time of occurance. Just a needless waste of time, money, and resources. *Sigh
