Vi (en familie m/ 2 børn) bruger vore trioBike hver dag og er rigtig glade for lige netop denne ladcykel. De få problemer vi har haft er blevet løst af Sammy og team hos trioBike i Nyropsgade med et smil på læben.
Baseret på vores anbefalinger er der for 2 uger siden endnu en familie i vores karré som har valgt trioBike. :-)
Av-cables.dk kan være sikker på at jeg vender tilbage når jeg skal bruge lignende produkter...
Bestilte et styk Grohe brusehoved for en uges tid siden. Trods et lille uheld fra logistikleverandøren GLS side (omvej til DK via Østrig!) så er varen lige ankommet i god stand. Under hele forløbet fungerede Superius24 kundeservice upåklageligt både via mail og telefon. ;-)
Purchased a lamp more than 5 months ago which was delivered in damaged condition because of poor packaging.
The story in short in chronological order.
• Last year in September I ordered an Artemide Tolomeo table lamp at AmbienteDirect.com
• When the lamp arrived at our house the lampshade was damaged because the lamp base which is very heavy had been carelessly packed with the rest of the lamp
• Same day as the lamp arrived at our house I was in contact with ambientedirect.com and sent them of the damaged lampshade
• This is where the problem starts… Instead of trying to fix the problem then the staff start blaming another company for not taking enough care when sending the lamp to me
o What do I care… I am a customer of ambientedirect.com not some other company that they have outsourced some process to!
• In any case I suggested that they sent me a replacement lampshade to fix the problem… But no they couldn't do that as they need the lamp to be shipped back to Germany
• OK so now I have the lamp sent to Germany at my expense via air mail (I have the tracking records) in the original packaging but ambientedirect.com never picked up the lamp when it is being held by German customs eventhough I call them with this information and despite the fact that I have sent them the package tracking number earlier on
• Then I called them three days in a row asking them to take action. The AmbienteDirect.com team reply on the third day is… "We have been in contact with DHL and they have returned the lamp to Malaysia because it was not picked up in customs."
• Then the AmbienteDirect.com team apparently changed their minds and tell me that they are going to send me a replacement lampshade. This lampshade I have received and is with me together with the lamp base.
• A week later I contact DHL in Germany again to find out when I can expect the package back in Malaysia… They then inform me that the package is still with customs in Germany.
• I then call your the AmbienteDirect.com team to get in touch with DHL again last week but until now nothing has happened eventhough I have called twice to follow up.
• So status as of today is after 5 months I stilll have no lamp… But I do have a lamp base and a replacement lampshade...
What a joke of a company... Would not recommend them even to my worst enemy!
