Unfortunately we have had several DVDs which wouldn't play which ruins the experience. On contacting this company to try and cancel my subscription (which had just been renewed for a year), they refused, just dishing out extra discs! There's a limit to how many discs we have time to watch in a week so not very helpful.
Although their telephone operators are very helpful, we had a problem with incorrect billing which I hope has now been sorted out. Very good on the hard sell but not so easy to read the Bill - the pricing is not clear and there are extras which suddenly appear.
