Very poor all the way along the chain

I recently bought a washing machine.

In store key interest was to sell other products and protection plans. Knowledge of products were weak and availability not good.

Delivery was expensive and when I got the machine it was badly bashed and parts missing. Deliver driver didn't have a good word to say about curry's and it seemed that returns were quite a regular occurrence.

I then had to organise my own refund in store at my own travel cost and inconvenience.

Once in store I received know acknowledgment of the inconvenience or apologies for the poor quality of the product delivered.

In the current economic climate the customer experience and quality control reductions. Will be the businesses downfall and loses customers.

I ordered from appliances online and couldn't fault them. So would need a really good reason to trust Curry's again.

Professional no hassles service

I have previously used Currys and end to end the were less than satisfactory. From booking, delivery and the appliance everything went smooth and the washing machine bought works as stated in the online film that was very helpful.
