Never again !!!!
I ordered a Deluxe Bouquet for my Mum for Mothers Day, It turned up on Friday 28th March. I rang my Mum to find out if she'd received the flowers, she said she had, but she didn't sound very thrilled about them. I asked her if they were ok ? She didn't want to tell me that they were Dead and smelt of Urine as she didn't want to sound ungrateful & hurt my feelings. I got in contact with Serenata Flowers & told them what my Mum had told me. They sent another Bouquet on Thursday 3rd April, this Bouquet was a little better only had half a dozen dead flowers in it. I have not pursued this any further as The customer service was good but the flowers are rubbish and my Mum has asked me not too.
